Redesigning Tables - From Vision to Reality

April 3rd is PRCI Founders Day, celebrated in our Chapters all over India. We are very proud to celebrate 21 years of the collective spirit of everyone who has contributed to the shared vision of PRCI. The leaders, as Founders, had challenges to overcome, and we cherish their unwavering belief in their mission today. When talking about leaders and leadership, its concepts change every day. I read that leadership is not being the smartest in the room; it's about making sure everyone in the room can think, act, and lead. Leaders become a liability if their egos supersede their vision. How many leaders make people own their wins? Rarely happens. Decisions are never decentralised. There's always awaiting for approval, and credit is never distributed to the right person.

I attended a recent workshop on global leadership development and self-improvement. We were told that leadership and personal development are no longer optional luxuries—they are the backbone of high-performance careers, resilient businesses, and next-gen innovation. Organisations and individuals investing in these areas today are shaping a future where psychological mastery and strategic thinking separate leaders from followers. I was overwhelmed when we were told that India's leadership development sector is growing at an accelerated 12–14% CAGR, outpacing global averages.

The world needs their wisdom, stories, and insights to create positive changes in leadership.

The combination of corporate expansion, the entrepreneurial boom, and government-backed upskilling drives a leadership revolution in India.
As a feminist myself, I have witnessed that the business world is still largely shaped by gender roles and biases, which make it difficult for women to succeed. Women are often expected to look smart and trendy, pay extra attention to their appearance, and be harmonious with their family lives and careers. Speaking on Women's Day in many forums, I stopped using "Empowerment."
